A note about the previous post

I wrote this post, saved it, left it, and then came, back to finish it and couldn't figure out how to. So I accidently posted it. It's probably for the best as it was pretty lenghtly. BUt I started out to give a menu and when on and on about the reason for one and efficiant grocery shopping. Geez. Now all of my kids are up from their naps and time has run out. So tomorrow I will try and do the menu. I hope I have at least inspired you who need something like this.
